據(jù)中國(guó)國(guó)家能源局7月31日介紹，截至今年上半年，全國(guó)可再生能源裝機(jī)達(dá)到13.22億千瓦，歷史性超過(guò)煤電。

China's installed capacity of renewable energy hit 1.32 billion kilowatts by the end of June, exceeding the coal-fired power generating capacity, according to the National Energy Administration (NEA) Monday.

7月31日，國(guó)家能源局召開(kāi)三季度例行新聞發(fā)布會(huì)。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至2023年上半年，全國(guó)可再生能源裝機(jī)突破13億千瓦，同比增長(zhǎng)18.2%，約占我國(guó)總裝機(jī)的48.8%。

具體來(lái)說(shuō)，水電方面，截至6月底，全國(guó)水電累計(jì)裝機(jī)容量達(dá)4.18億千瓦，其中常規(guī)水電3.69億千瓦，抽水蓄能0.49億千瓦。上半年全國(guó)水電發(fā)電量5166億千瓦時(shí)，全國(guó)水電平均利用小時(shí)數(shù)為1239小時(shí)。

風(fēng)電方面，截至6月底，全國(guó)風(fēng)電累計(jì)裝機(jī)達(dá)到3.89億千瓦，同比增長(zhǎng)13.7%。上半年全國(guó)風(fēng)電發(fā)電量4628億千瓦時(shí)，同比增長(zhǎng)20%。全國(guó)風(fēng)電平均利用率96.7%，同比提升0.9個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

光伏發(fā)電方面，截至6月底，全國(guó)光伏發(fā)電裝機(jī)容量達(dá)到4.7億千瓦。全國(guó)光伏發(fā)電量2663億千瓦時(shí)，同比增長(zhǎng)30%。上半年全國(guó)光伏發(fā)電利用率98.2%，同比提升0.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

生物質(zhì)發(fā)電方面，上半年，全國(guó)生物質(zhì)發(fā)電新增裝機(jī)176萬(wàn)千瓦，累計(jì)裝機(jī)達(dá)4308萬(wàn)千瓦，同比增長(zhǎng)9.2%，生物質(zhì)發(fā)電量984億千瓦時(shí)，同比增長(zhǎng)10.1%。

【重要講話】

實(shí)現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰碳中和是一場(chǎng)廣泛而深刻的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)系統(tǒng)性變革。立足我國(guó)能源資源稟賦，堅(jiān)持先立后破，有計(jì)劃分步驟實(shí)施碳達(dá)峰行動(dòng)。完善能源消耗總量和強(qiáng)度調(diào)控，重點(diǎn)控制化石能源消費(fèi)，逐步轉(zhuǎn)向碳排放總量和強(qiáng)度“雙控”制度。推動(dòng)能源清潔低碳高效利用，推進(jìn)工業(yè)、建筑、交通等領(lǐng)域清潔低碳轉(zhuǎn)型。

Reaching peak carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality will mean a broad and profound systemic socio-economic transformation. Based on China’s energy and resource endowment, we will advance initiatives to reach peak carbon emissions in a well-planned and phased way in line with the principle of building the new before discarding the old. We will exercise better control over the amount and intensity of energy consumption, particularly of fossil fuels, and transition gradually toward controlling both the amount and intensity of carbon emissions.We will promote clean, low-carbon, and high-efficiency energy use and push forward the clean and low-carbon transition in industry, construction, transportation, and other sectors.
