國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委3月15日對(duì)外發(fā)布《促進(jìn)國(guó)家級(jí)新區(qū)高質(zhì)量建設(shè)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》，推動(dòng)國(guó)家級(jí)新區(qū)努力打造改革開放新高地。2023年，19個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)新區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值6.2萬億元，占全國(guó)總量的5%。

China will promote the high-quality development of State-level new areas, making them new highlands of reform and opening-up, according to an action plan released by the National Development and Reform Commission on March 15. In 2023, the gross domestic product of the 19 regions reached 6.2 trillion yuan, accounting for 5 percent of the total nationwide, according to the commission.

《促進(jìn)國(guó)家級(jí)新區(qū)高質(zhì)量建設(shè)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》提出，要增強(qiáng)新區(qū)科技和產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，包括強(qiáng)化科技創(chuàng)新策源功能、推動(dòng)跨區(qū)域高水平協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、支持新區(qū)優(yōu)化重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、有序推進(jìn)智能制造和數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型等任務(wù)；要多措并舉擴(kuò)大有效需求，包括高水平謀劃和建設(shè)重大項(xiàng)目、創(chuàng)新方式對(duì)接引進(jìn)投資項(xiàng)目、培育消費(fèi)新業(yè)態(tài)等任務(wù)；要支持新區(qū)深化重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域改革，包括扎實(shí)推進(jìn)實(shí)施綜合改革試點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)、實(shí)施人才引進(jìn)專項(xiàng)政策、提高新區(qū)土地利用效率等任務(wù)。
