12月14日，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在第十五屆中國(guó)－拉美企業(yè)家高峰會(huì)開幕式上發(fā)表書面致辭。習(xí)近平指出，中國(guó)將堅(jiān)持對(duì)外開放的基本國(guó)策，堅(jiān)定奉行互利共贏的開放戰(zhàn)略，堅(jiān)持經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化正確方向，不斷以中國(guó)新發(fā)展為世界提供新機(jī)遇，推動(dòng)建設(shè)開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)，更好惠及包括拉美和加勒比國(guó)家在內(nèi)的各國(guó)人民。

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday delivered a written speech at the opening ceremony of the 15th China-Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit. Xi pointed out that China will adhere to the basic national policy of opening up, firmly pursue a win-win strategy of opening-up, keep to the right direction of economic globalization, continue to provide new opportunities for the world with China's new development, promote the building of an open world economy, and deliver more benefits to the people of all countries including Latin American and Caribbean countries (LAC).

中國(guó)-拉美企業(yè)家高峰會(huì)于2007年由中國(guó)貿(mào)促會(huì)倡導(dǎo)創(chuàng)立，是中國(guó)首個(gè)面向拉美和加勒比地區(qū)的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作促進(jìn)機(jī)制性平臺(tái)。峰會(huì)每年在中國(guó)和拉美國(guó)家輪流舉辦，迄今已在中國(guó)、智利、哥倫比亞、秘魯、哥斯達(dá)黎加、墨西哥、烏拉圭、巴拿馬舉辦了十四屆，被譽(yù)為“中拉務(wù)實(shí)合作的旗艦品牌”。

第十五屆中國(guó)-拉美企業(yè)家高峰會(huì)在厄瓜多爾舉辦。本屆峰會(huì)議題涉及中拉基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和金融合作、開放創(chuàng)新、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)和跨境電子商務(wù)等。除開幕式和全體會(huì)議外，將舉辦多場(chǎng)平行會(huì)議、商務(wù)對(duì)接會(huì)等活動(dòng)。中拉各國(guó)政府高級(jí)別官員、工商界代表、專家學(xué)者等各界人士將出席峰會(huì)。

據(jù)中方統(tǒng)計(jì)，2021年中國(guó)與拉美貿(mào)易額首次突破4000億美元大關(guān)，達(dá)到4516億美元，同比增長(zhǎng)41.1%。今年前7個(gè)月，中拉貿(mào)易額2828億美元，同比增長(zhǎng)14.4%。截至2020年，中國(guó)對(duì)拉美直接投資存量達(dá)6298億美元。

中國(guó)－拉美企業(yè)家高峰會(huì)創(chuàng)立15年來(lái)，堅(jiān)持以服務(wù)企業(yè)為本，為促進(jìn)中拉經(jīng)貿(mào)合作、深化中拉人文交流發(fā)揮了重要作用。中拉關(guān)系已經(jīng)進(jìn)入平等、互利、創(chuàng)新、開放、惠民的新時(shí)代。工商界是促進(jìn)中拉務(wù)實(shí)合作的生力軍，也是中拉關(guān)系發(fā)展的建設(shè)者和受益者。

Since its inception 15 years ago, the China-Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit, with a focus on serving enterprises, has played an important role in promoting China-Latin America economic and trade cooperation, as well as deepening bilateral people-to-people exchanges. China-Latin America relations have entered a new era of equality, mutual benefit, innovation, openness and shared benefits.
