2025年5月27日，中國少年先鋒隊(duì)第九次全國代表大會在京開幕。中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平發(fā)來賀信。

Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, has sent a congratulatory letter to the ninth national congress of the Chinese Young Pioneers (CYP). The congress opened in Beijing on May 27, 2025.

1949年10月13日，中國少年兒童隊(duì)誕生，1953年改名為“中國少年先鋒隊(duì)”。70多年來，中國少年先鋒隊(duì)（以下簡稱“少先隊(duì)”）在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，在共青團(tuán)的帶領(lǐng)下，引領(lǐng)少先隊(duì)員繼承革命先輩的事業(yè)，不斷成長為社會主義建設(shè)者和接班人。

少先隊(duì)大、中、小隊(duì)基層組織主要設(shè)在中小學(xué)校。一般以學(xué)校為單位建立大隊(duì)，以班級為單位成立中隊(duì)，中隊(duì)下設(shè)小隊(duì)。小隊(duì)由5至13人組成，中隊(duì)由兩個(gè)以上小隊(duì)組成，大隊(duì)由兩個(gè)以上中隊(duì)組成。少先隊(duì)員是少先隊(duì)組織的主人。凡年滿6周歲、未滿14周歲的中國學(xué)生，愿意參加少先隊(duì)，愿意遵守隊(duì)章，均可向所在學(xué)校少先隊(duì)組織提出申請，經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)，成為少先隊(duì)員。隊(duì)員在少先隊(duì)組織中有選舉權(quán)和被選舉權(quán)，對隊(duì)的工作和隊(duì)的活動有權(quán)提出意見和要求。每個(gè)隊(duì)員都要遵守隊(duì)的紀(jì)律，服從隊(duì)的決議，積極參加隊(duì)的活動，做好隊(duì)交給的工作，熱心為大家服務(wù)。全國和地方各級少先隊(duì)工作委員會（以下簡稱“少工委”），是全國和地方少先隊(duì)經(jīng)常性工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)。

少先隊(duì)全國及地方各級代表大會（以下簡稱全國及地方各級“少代會”）是同級少先隊(duì)組織的最高權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)。全國少代會經(jīng)黨中央批準(zhǔn)召開。全國及地方各級少代會代表由少先隊(duì)員代表、輔導(dǎo)員代表、共青團(tuán)和教育工作者代表、社會各界人士代表組成。全國少代會每五年召開一次。主要任務(wù)包括：貫徹黨中央的指示、要求；落實(shí)團(tuán)中央和教育部的部署；審議和通過全國少工委工作報(bào)告；討論并決定少先隊(duì)的重大事項(xiàng)；可以修改隊(duì)的章程；選舉產(chǎn)生新一屆全國少工委。

Children are the future vital force in building China into a strong country and advancing the great cause of national rejuvenation, and the CYP serves as a vital institution for their healthy growth. On the new journey ahead, the CYP must hold high its banner and steadfastly follow the Party, focusing on their fundamental mission of cultivating successors to the communist cause. It should be committed to fostering qualified builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics, educating and guiding its members to strive to be exemplary youths of the new era who love the Party and the country, and are diligent in their studies and well-rounded in their development. It is essential to comprehensively strengthen the Party's leadership over the work of the CYP, solidify the responsibility of the Communist Youth League of China (CYLC) in leading the organization, and create a favorable environment and conditions for the healthy growth of children. These measures will drive the continuous advancement of the CYP.
