未來科學(xué)大獎(jiǎng)是由科學(xué)家、企業(yè)家群體共同發(fā)起的民間科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，旨在獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)在大中華地區(qū)作出杰出科技成果的科學(xué)家。該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)關(guān)注原創(chuàng)性的基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究，設(shè)置“生命科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)”“物質(zhì)科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)”“數(shù)學(xué)與計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)”三個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，每年一屆，單項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)金100萬美元。

今年，因發(fā)現(xiàn)抗病小體并闡明其結(jié)構(gòu)和在抗植物病蟲害中的功能做出的開創(chuàng)性工作，西湖大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院植物免疫學(xué)講席教授柴繼杰、中國科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所研究員周儉民獲得“生命科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)”。

中國科學(xué)院院士、國家超導(dǎo)實(shí)驗(yàn)室學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)主任趙忠賢，中國科學(xué)院院士陳仙輝因?qū)Ω邷爻瑢?dǎo)材料的突破性發(fā)現(xiàn)和對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)變溫度的系統(tǒng)性提升所作的開創(chuàng)性貢獻(xiàn)獲得“物質(zhì)科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)”。

Facebook AI研究院（FAIR）研究科學(xué)家何愷明、曠視原首席科學(xué)家孫劍（已故）、蔚來自動(dòng)駕駛研發(fā)首席專家任少卿、曠視研究院基礎(chǔ)科研負(fù)責(zé)人張祥雨因提出深度殘差學(xué)習(xí)，為人工智能作出了基礎(chǔ)性貢獻(xiàn)，獲得“數(shù)學(xué)與計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)”。

【重要講話】

當(dāng)前，新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革突飛猛進(jìn)，學(xué)科交叉融合不斷發(fā)展，科學(xué)研究范式發(fā)生深刻變革，科學(xué)技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展加速滲透融合，基礎(chǔ)研究轉(zhuǎn)化周期明顯縮短，國際科技競(jìng)爭(zhēng)向基礎(chǔ)前沿前移。應(yīng)對(duì)國際科技競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、實(shí)現(xiàn)高水平自立自強(qiáng)，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局、實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，迫切需要我們加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)研究，從源頭和底層解決關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題。

At present, a new round of sci-tech revolution and industrial transformation is advancing by leaps and bounds, interdisciplinary integration is growing, the paradigm of scientific research is undergoing profound changes, the integration of science and technology with economic and social development is accelerating, the application cycle of basic research is significantly shortened, and international competition in basic research is moving to the forefront.To cope with international sci-tech competition, achieve greater self-reliance, foster a new development pattern, and promote high-quality development, there is an urgent need to strengthen basic research and address key technologies from the source and from the bottom.

深化科技體制改革，深化科技評(píng)價(jià)改革，加大多元化科技投入，加強(qiáng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法治保障，形成支持全面創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ)制度。培育創(chuàng)新文化，弘揚(yáng)科學(xué)家精神，涵養(yǎng)優(yōu)良學(xué)風(fēng)，營造創(chuàng)新氛圍。擴(kuò)大國際科技交流合作，加強(qiáng)國際化科研環(huán)境建設(shè)，形成具有全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的開放創(chuàng)新生態(tài)。

We will deepen structural scientific and technological reform and reform of the system for appraisal of scientific and technological advances. We will increase investment in science and technology through diverse channels and strengthen legal protection of intellectual property rights, in order to establish a foundational system for all-around innovation. We will nurture a culture of innovation, encourage dedication to science, cultivate fine academic conduct, and foster an enabling environment for innovation. We will expand science and technology exchanges and cooperation with other countries, cultivate an internationalized environment for research, and create an open and globally-competitive innovation ecosystem.
