全國(guó)綠化委員會(huì)辦公室發(fā)布的公報(bào)顯示，2023年全國(guó)完成造林399.8萬(wàn)公頃、種草改良437.9萬(wàn)公頃、治理沙化石漠化土地190.5萬(wàn)公頃，國(guó)土綠化工作取得新成果。

China stepped up its land greening efforts last year with 3.998 million hectares of forest planted, according to a report of the National Greening Commission. In 2023, the country also restored 4.379 million hectares of degraded grassland and treated 1.905 million hectares of sandy and stony land.

《2023年中國(guó)國(guó)土綠化狀況公報(bào)》顯示，2023年，全民義務(wù)植樹深入推進(jìn)，線上線下活動(dòng)蓬勃開展。各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部帶頭植樹，中央和國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)干部職工累計(jì)8.3萬(wàn)人次參與。全國(guó)持續(xù)推進(jìn)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+全民義務(wù)植樹”，全年上線發(fā)布各類盡責(zé)活動(dòng)2.4萬(wàn)多個(gè)，建成“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+全民義務(wù)植樹”基地1500多個(gè)，初步實(shí)現(xiàn)全年盡責(zé)、多樣盡責(zé)、方便盡責(zé)。

一年來(lái)，國(guó)土綠化行動(dòng)扎實(shí)開展，三北工程攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)全面啟動(dòng)。新增水土流失治理面積6.3萬(wàn)平方公里，建設(shè)生態(tài)清潔小流域505條。有效保護(hù)1.72億公頃天然林資源，完成森林撫育任務(wù)105.9萬(wàn)公頃。截至2023年底，三北工程三大標(biāo)志性戰(zhàn)役區(qū)開工項(xiàng)目22個(gè)，完成造林種草122.3萬(wàn)公頃，攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)實(shí)現(xiàn)良好開局。

城鄉(xiāng)綠化美化協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)，生態(tài)美百姓富協(xié)同發(fā)展。全國(guó)新建和改造提升城市綠地3.4萬(wàn)公頃，開工建設(shè)“口袋公園”4128個(gè)，建設(shè)綠道5325公里。鼓勵(lì)農(nóng)村“四旁”植樹和場(chǎng)院綠化，村莊綠化覆蓋率達(dá)32.01%。開展?jié)竦乇Ｗo(hù)法執(zhí)法檢查。新增18處國(guó)際重要濕地和29處國(guó)家重要濕地。

【重要講話】

我國(guó)人工造林規(guī)模世界第一，而且還在繼續(xù)造林。地球綠化，改善全球氣候變化，中國(guó)功不可沒，中國(guó)人民功不可沒。森林既是水庫(kù)、錢庫(kù)、糧庫(kù)，也是碳庫(kù)。植樹造林是一件很有意義的事情，是一項(xiàng)功在當(dāng)代、利在千秋的崇高事業(yè)，要一以貫之、持續(xù)做下去。

China ranks the first in the world in terms of artificial afforestation areas, and the scale is still expanding. China and its people have made invaluable contributions to making the earth greener and responding to global climate change. Forests help conserve water, bring in economic benefits, boost grain production and also serve as a carbon sink. Planting trees is a noble cause of great significance which creates benefits for not only our generation but also future generations. We must continue our endeavor in this regard with consistent and persistent efforts.
