2025年2月17日，中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平在京出席民營企業(yè)座談會并發(fā)表重要講話。

2025年2月17日，備受矚目的民營企業(yè)座談會在北京舉行，習(xí)近平總書記出席座談會并發(fā)表重要講話。這是黨的十八大以來，總書記第二次在民營企業(yè)座談會上發(fā)表重要講話。2018年11月，習(xí)近平總書記曾親自提議并主持召開民營企業(yè)座談會。在2018年的民營企業(yè)座談會上，總書記指出，我國基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度寫入了憲法、黨章，這是不會變的，也是不能變的?！叭魏畏穸ā岩?、動搖我國基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度的言行都不符合黨和國家方針政策，都不要聽、不要信！所有民營企業(yè)和民營企業(yè)家完全可以吃下定心丸、安心謀發(fā)展！”在2018年座談會上，總書記指出，我國民營經(jīng)濟(jì)只能壯大、不能弱化，不僅不能“離場”，而且要走向更加廣闊的舞臺。

在2025年召開的民營企業(yè)座談會上，總書記再次強(qiáng)調(diào)，黨和國家對民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本方針政策，已經(jīng)納入中國特色社會主義制度體系，將一以貫之堅持和落實，不能變，也不會變。在這次座談會上，總書記再次充分肯定民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得的重大成就和為國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展作出的重要貢獻(xiàn)。總書記強(qiáng)調(diào)，新時代新征程民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展前景廣闊、大有可為，廣大民營企業(yè)和民營企業(yè)家大顯身手正當(dāng)其時。總書記深刻闡明當(dāng)前我國民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，并對當(dāng)前和今后一個時期促進(jìn)民營經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展、高質(zhì)量發(fā)展作了全面部署。

新時代新征程民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展前景廣闊、大有可為，廣大民營企業(yè)和民營企業(yè)家大顯身手正當(dāng)其時。

The private sector enjoys broad prospects and great potential on the new journey in the new era. It is a prime time for private enterprises and entrepreneurs to give full play to their capabilities.

要堅決破除依法平等使用生產(chǎn)要素、公平參與市場競爭的各種障礙，持續(xù)推進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施競爭性領(lǐng)域向各類經(jīng)營主體公平開放，繼續(xù)下大氣力解決民營企業(yè)融資難融資貴問題。

We should resolutely dismantle obstacles that prevent enterprises from accessing production factors equally and competing in the market fairly, further open the competitive areas of infrastructure to various business entities in a fair manner, and continuously make solid efforts to address the difficulties faced by private enterprises in obtaining affordable financing.
