人力資源和社會(huì)保障部2025年6月4日發(fā)布消息稱，為加快促進(jìn)高質(zhì)量充分就業(yè)，助力構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，將在30個(gè)左右具備條件的城市開展人力資源服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)融合發(fā)展試點(diǎn)。

China will launch a pilot in some 30 cities to integrate human resources (HR) services with the manufacturing sector, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said on June 4, 2025. The initiative aims to drive high-quality sufficient employment while accelerating the development of a modern industrial system, the ministry said.

人力資源服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)融合發(fā)展試點(diǎn)工作以習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想為指導(dǎo)，積極探索融合發(fā)展機(jī)制創(chuàng)新、政策創(chuàng)新、平臺(tái)創(chuàng)新、模式創(chuàng)新，在30個(gè)左右具備條件的城市開展先行先試，通過3年左右的努力，培育一批面向制造業(yè)的專業(yè)人力資源服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，打造一批融合發(fā)展平臺(tái)載體和聯(lián)合體，發(fā)展一批支持制造業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的人力資源服務(wù)創(chuàng)新技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品、模式，形成一批推動(dòng)人力資源和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技創(chuàng)新深度協(xié)同的政策體系和有效模式。

The need to adhere to the real economy and build a modern industrial system is stressed in order to pursue development in the province. This involves consolidating the leading position of traditional industries, accelerating the development of strategic emerging industry clusters with international competitiveness, promoting the deep integration of digital economy with advanced manufacturing and modern services, and comprehensively upgrading the industrial foundation and industrial chain modernization. Efforts are called for to accelerate the development of a modern industrial system with advanced manufacturing as the backbone.
